Odrelia

About the home

Odrelia. Our new home by the fjord.

Our most ambitious house yet is taking shape in Farsund. Odrelia is a new build in a quiet cabin settlement on Norway's southern coast, and it will be the first FJORD HOMES house bookable year-round. It will be finished in autumn 2026; from spring 2027 you can be our guests.

Across two floors, Odrelia offers three bedrooms and space for up to six guests. At its heart is an open living area that opens through a large glass front with sliding door directly onto the terrace. Inside and out merge, the view falls into the green, and in the evening the wood stove warms the room. The interior will be modern and Scandinavian, bright and pared back, without ornament.

What's special comes at the end. Built directly onto the house is a private sauna with a large panorama window and a view of the fjord. Heat up, look out, settle down. Odrelia will be a place for families and small groups looking for the real Scandinavia. In summer and in winter alike.

The sauna

Heat up, look out, arrive.

Built directly onto Odrelia is a private sauna with a large panorama window. While the stove builds the heat, the fjord lies in front of you — the water, the hills, the wide sky of the Sørlandet. No spa, no strangers, just you and the view. It's the place where a day outdoors in nature finds its quiet close, in summer and in the depth of winter alike.
